Account Manager

Position Overview:

The Account Manager position is responsible for creating new account sales and growing market share with current customers. This position will continually increase his/her knowledge of the Storm Creek product offering and customer channels to be able to provide the best apparel solutions for customer needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sell Storm Creek products to targeted customers both in the corporate branding market and retailer market.
  • Mine lists of current and prospective customers and utilize business acumen to strategically and creatively pursue sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships to continuously identify and present apparel solutions.
  • Develop account action plans and execute accordingly.
  • Handle inbound calls/leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in CRM; utilize CRM system to manage your accounts, prospecting activities, sales objectives, and results.
  • Assist territory-based Sales Representatives to close sales and support key accounts.
  • Successfully multi-task to manage quotes, follow-up, ideation & prospecting activities.
  • Uphold Storm Creek values and emulate them through customer service and relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales goals and work with the team to achieve company sales goals.
  • Assist with trade shows, showroom visits, and other marketing events and campaigns.
  • Participate in continuous betterment, including weekly L10 meetings.
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of Storm Creek styles, technical features, colors, prices, etc. as well as an understanding of competitive products
  • Assist with other duties and projects as needed.


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or similar.
  • Previous sales and account management experience with proven performance.
  • History of building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to manage time, reach decision-makers, and determine opportunity potential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • High level of competitiveness, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Contributing team member with interest in strengthening the department and company.
  • Problem-solving skills and comfort dealing with customers' escalated issues.
  • Enthusiastic about your work with a passion for sales and service.
  • Desire to be part of a growth business and operate in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to change.
